IBW Halloween Costume Shoot

You have been invited to a private Halloween Costume photo shoot. The venue will be once again abandoned Olde Towne Morrow (<–CLICK LINK) at Southlake Mall. Our group leans more toward themed shoots like Steampunk and Cosplay so this shoot falls right in line with that. We are trying to build our ranks as well as have maximum participation. This event as with all events are closed to anyone outside of our group. However if you know of others that may be a good fit then ask them to join the group. Our group events are not the kind where it is OK to show up whenever. One of our main goals is try and keep 1 to 1 ratios of photographers to models so that we stay organized and really get max effort and good art from everyone. We rotate models and photographers so we need everyone to be on time to make it work. Please review the following group rules below:

MODELS:

1. There are no mood boards below for this shoot. You can wear any type costume you like but make every effort to be in character with any props that you have to go with the theme.
2. Bring as many costumes as you like. Be aware that you may not be able to be photographed in all of them.
3. Please arrive makeup ready as we do not have any MUA’s on-site for this shoot.
4. Most importantly please arrive 30 minutes early in order to be dressed and ready to start promptly at 4 pm.
5. After you receive the links to the photographer’s galleries please return your 5 choices for fully edited images to them within 5 days.
6. Allow the photographers up to 4 weeks to receive your fully edited images.

PHOTOGRAPHERS:

1. You are allowed to bring non-shooting assistant(s) to help you.
2. Please arrive 30 minutes early in order to unload your gear, pre-stage in your first assigned area and be ready to start promptly at 4 pm.
3. Photographers are required to give each model at least 5 fully edited, high resolution images for her portfolio and 5 web resolution copies for social media.
4. Photographers are required to turn around their images and upload to an online gallery within 3 days from the shoot. The images do not have to be completely edited. We want to respect the models’ time and expedite them being able to make their choices of fully edited images.
5. You will email the links to Winston and he will in turn forward those links to all the models.
6. Please turn around the fully edited images to the models within 4 weeks.
7. Each photographer will need to provide a model release for each model shot either paper or smartphone app.
