SUMMARY:IBW Halloween Costume Workshop
DESCRIPTION:IBW Halloween Costume Shoot\nYou have been invited to a private Halloween Costume photo shoot. The venue will be once again abandoned Olde Towne Morrow (<–CLICK LINK) at Southlake Mall. Our group leans more toward themed shoots like Steampunk and Cosplay so this shoot falls right in line with that. We are trying to build our ranks as well as have maximum participation. This event as with all events are closed to anyone outside of our group. However if you know of others that may be a good fit then ask them to join the group. Our group events are not the kind where it is OK to show up whenever. One of our main goals is try and keep 1 to 1 ratios of photographers to models so that we stay organized and really get max effort and good art from everyone. We rotate models and photographers so we need everyone to be on time to make it work. Please review the following group rules below: \n  \nMODELS: \n\nThere are no mood boards below for this shoot. You can wear any type costume you like but make every effort to be in character with any props that you have to go with the theme.\nBring as many costumes as you like. Be aware that you may not be able to be photographed in all of them.\nPlease arrive makeup ready as we do not have any MUA’s on-site for this shoot.\nMost importantly please arrive 30 minutes early in order to be dressed and ready to start promptly at 4 pm.\nAfter you receive the links to the photographer’s galleries please return your 5 choices for fully edited images to them within 5 days.\nAllow the photographers up to 4 weeks to receive your fully edited images.\nRSVP Below\n\n  \nPHOTOGRAPHERS: \n\nYou are allowed to bring non-shooting assistant(s) to help you.\nPlease arrive 30 minutes early in order to unload your gear\, pre-stage in your first assigned area and be ready to start promptly at 4 pm.\nPhotographers are required to give each model at least 5 fully edited\, high resolution images for her portfolio and 5 web resolution copies for social media.\nPhotographers are required to turn around their images and upload to an online gallery within 3 days from the shoot. DESCRIPTION:IBW Steampunk & Trains Photoshoot\nYou have been invited to a private Steampunk themed photoshoot. This is the first of hopefully many to come. Please be aware that the Southeastern Railway Museum has a required $10 entry fee per person. We are a photography class so there are no other fees as quoted by their representative I spoke with today. Each of you are responsible for your own entry fee. Before we shoot we will review the ground rules of the venue to make sure we do not violate any and be allowed to come back. Please review the following group rules below: \n  \nMODELS: \n\nPlease review the mood boards below for this shoot.
