IBW Steampunk & Trains Photoshoot
IBW Steampunk & Trains Photoshoot
You have been invited to a private Steampunk themed photoshoot. This is the first of hopefully many to come. Please be aware that the Southeastern Railway Museum has a required $10 entry fee per person. We are a photography class so there are no other fees as quoted by their representative I spoke with today. Each of you are responsible for your own entry fee. Before we shoot we will review the ground rules of the venue to make sure we do not violate any and be allowed to come back. Please review the following group rules below:
MODELS:
- Please review the mood boards below for this shoot. You are not expected to replicate any particular look exactly but make every effort to be in character with any props that you have to go with the theme.
- Please arrive makeup ready as we do not have any MUA’s on-site for this shoot.
- Most importantly please arrive 30 minutes early in order to be dressed and ready to start promptly at 1 pm.
- After you receive the links to the photographer’s galleries please return your 5 choices for fully edited images to them within 5 days.
- Allow the photographers up to 3 weeks to receive your fully edited images.
PHOTOGRAPHERS:
- You are allowed to bring non-shooting assistant(s) to help you and they also must pay the entry fee.
- Please arrive 30 minutes early in order to unload your gear, pre-stage in your first assigned area and be ready to start promptly at 1pm.
- Photographers are required to give each model at least 5 fully edited, high resolution images for her portfolio and 5 web resolution copies for social media.
- Photographers are required to turn around their images and upload to an online gallery within 3 days from the shoot. The images do not have to be completely edited. We want to respect the models’ time and expedite them being able to make their choices of fully edited images.
- You will email the links to Winston and he will in turn forward those links to all the models.
- Please turn around the fully edited images to the models within 3 weeks.
- Each photographer will need to provide a model release for each model shot either paper or smartphone app.
